Inspired by the bold flavors and leisurely dining traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean, Lola Rose draws from cultures spanning Greece to Egypt—offering an ever-evolving menu of vibrant spreads, grains, greens, fresh Pacific seafood, and spiced, slow-braised meats. Each dish is rooted in California’s seasonal bounty and brought to life by rising star Chef Quentin Garcia, a Coachella Valley native whose global culinary journey includes Michelin-starred kitchens and a celebrated run on Chopped: Spin it to Win It.
